Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the PrideGirl Beauty website and purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the service without permission, or use the store in violation of law.

Products, colors, and availability

We work to describe products and display colors accurately, but appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and individual skin tone. Product packaging, ingredients, shade names, availability, and pricing may change. Images are illustrative and are not a guarantee of exact color.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue confirmation, subject to later cancellation where fulfillment is not possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Final sale policy

Because cosmetics and beauty products present hygiene, contamination, and safety concerns, purchases are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns, exchanges, or refunds based on change of mind, shade preference, duplicate purchase, or a product having been opened or used.

This final-sale policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact us if an order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, missing an item, or contains the wrong item. Please contact us promptly—preferably within seven days of delivery—with the order number, a description, and clear photographs when relevant. The suggested reporting period does not eliminate rights provided by applicable law.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Do not discard damaged packaging or products until customer care responds. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Risk-of-loss rules and remedies for delayed or undelivered merchandise are governed by applicable law. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located.

Product use and safety

Review product labels and ingredient information before use. Follow directions, perform a patch test when appropriate, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice for serious reactions. Do not use a product if you know you are sensitive to an ingredient. Product information on this site is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Promotions and intellectual property

Promotions may have additional terms and may be changed or ended where permitted. Site content—including names, logos, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and design—is owned by or licensed to PrideGirl Beauty and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. PrideGirl Beauty is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes, severability, and governing rules

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Governing law and venue will be determined by applicable law and the location in which PrideGirl Beauty is legally established; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
