Privacy policy
Effective July 21, 2026
This policy explains what information PrideGirl Beauty collects through this website, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to communications, contact customer care, or otherwise use the store. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, account details, order history, product preferences, and messages.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, session activity, and security events. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication, cart functionality, preferences, security, analytics, and—only where implemented and permitted—marketing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. PrideGirl Beauty does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its servers. Stripe receives payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. We retain transaction identifiers, payment status, receipts, and related order records needed to operate the store.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, carts, checkout, orders, shipping, and customer support.
- Confirm transactions and communicate about orders or service issues.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
- Maintain inventory, business records, tax records, and legal compliance.
- Improve store performance, accessibility, products, and customer experience.
- Send promotional messages where you have consented or applicable law otherwise permits.
How we share information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the business, complete transactions, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Recipients may include payment processors such as Stripe; hosting, database, security, and media-storage providers such as Coolify and Cloudflare; email providers such as Resend; shipping and fulfillment providers; professional advisers; analytics providers if enabled; and government authorities when legally required.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, particularly for targeted advertising. If PrideGirl Beauty adopts practices covered by those definitions, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may update certain account details through your account and unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures, and to appeal or withdraw consent. These rights may have legal exceptions, including records we must retain for completed transactions, fraud prevention, taxes, or disputes.
To make a request, use our contact form or email hello@pridegirlbeauty.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.
International use and policy changes
